BACON SPINACH GRILLED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM SALAD

BACON SPINACH GRILLED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM SALAD

If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! Here comes the recipe I promised! It´s a really nice salad – slightly complicated to prepare – but well worth the effort. The balsamic fig dressing is just delicious and adds so much to this salad. Personally, I would [...]

Sunburst Bourbon & Brown Sugar Marinated Grilled Steak Salad with Pineapple-Ginger Dressing

Sunburst Bourbon & Brown Sugar Marinated Grilled Steak Salad with Pineapple-Ginger Dressing

Steak salads are my absolute favorite. It´s really a no brainier – by mixing the two you combine healthy living food with the most guilt ridden one (I´m not talking junk food here). This one is a particular favorite. The pineapple-ginger dressing is to die for and the sunburst bourbon & brown sugar marinade is [...]

GRILLED CITRUS-GINGER MARINATED SHRIMP

GRILLED CITRUS-GINGER MARINATED SHRIMP

Well I thought is was about time that I posted a new recipe. This one should not fail you since it´s utterly delicious and really quite simple to make. I could say a lot about this dish – but I´ll spare you. All I can say is that I gladly vouch for it since I´ve eaten it a few times now and absolutely love it.

STEAMED MUSSELS WITH GINGER AND CHILI

The first time I tasted this dish was at the remote area of Snæfellsnes – Iceland. SEMI RAW TROUT WITH WAKAME SALAD

SEMI RAW TROUT WITH WAKAME SALAD

This salad is not really a salad – it´s more like heaven on a plate! It´s ridiculously good and quite easy to make (although I have no idea what most of these ingredients are – but then again – I´m not the chef here!). I have however tasted it and it is beyond words – so here is the recipe – I really hope you give it a try.

LOBSTER CAKE ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON

LOBSTER CAKE ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON

So – understandably I´m not going to give you that recipe but when I was browsing through some of Volli´s recipe I found this one and almost kicked myself for not having thought of it yesterday. This soup is AMAZING and super-easy to make.
