I know this title sounds very exotic and yes… I´m referring to the Chef. So he´s off again to the Bahamas, via New York and Miami (I think…) and returning in ten days – only to go to Frankfurt where he´s hosting a party for 1000 people at the opening of the Frankfurt Book Fair, plus he´ll be at the Gourmand something something etc. I really don´t know all the stuff he´s doing. But this gets better – when he returns from Frankfurt he´s off to China… yebb – we are talking some serious jet leg here folks.

But that´s not all folks. In about an hour I´m driving to our publisher to pick up the proof of Silver of the Sea… I´m super excited to actually view the thing but belive me when I tell you that this has been a rocky road to say the least. So keeping my fingers crossed.
