		<description>Where I come from (the deepest darkest Balkans), they say you make soup out of raw chicken bones, and you start them off in cold water. Cold water for a good soup, hot water for good meat. If you skip the tomato and mushrooms and add swede, turnip and celeriac, you get an even better hearty winter vegetable soup!</description>
